An Altoona woman, known as a local drug dealer, has been charged in the overdose death of another woman. Authorities say 59-year-old Patti Miller has been charged with drug delivery resulting in the death of 42-year-old Amanda Toohey, who was found dead at a residence in East Freedom earlier this year. Reportedly, Miller is alleged to have supplied Toohey with methamphetamine that resulted in her death. Miller has been charged with conspiracy drug delivery resulting in death, and other related counts. She has been placed in the Blair County Prison where bail has been set at $250,000. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 7th.
