Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano, who was the Republican Party’s 2022 gubernatorial nominee, unveiled a new version of his Doug4Gov.com website last week. The site reportedly does not state that he is running for governor, but it does include his previous campaign slogan, “Walk as Free People.” Hours later, Mastriano sent out a fundraising request to supporters. Also considering a run is Republican State Treasurer Stacy Garrity who earlier last month said she will make a decision on whether to run for governor very soon. Garrity holds the state’s record for the most votes received by a statewide candidate.
