Police are investigating a death that occurred at the Moshannon Valley ICE Processing Center near Philipsburg in Clearfield County. Details in this death are limited, but we do know investigators were called to the facility on Tuesday morning. An autopsy is expected to be performed, and reportedly the death is not believed to be a homicide. The Moshannon Valley facility is the largest immigration detention center in the northeast.
