A former teacher with the Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School is facing charges that she victimized an Indiana County student. The 17-year-old was a cyber student at the time of the crime when 62-year-old Rebecca Kaelin is accused of engaging the student in inappropriate conversations and trying to convince them to move in with her after graduation. Those conversations were reportedly recorded on an in-home camera at the student’s house. Charges against Kaelin include corruption of minors.
