Police in Ferguson Township, Centre County are advising residents and motorists that Penn State’s Ag Progress Days starts today and will run through this Thursday in Rock Springs. Significant traffic congestion is expected along West College Avenue, Pine Grove Road, and West Whitehall Road. Motorists are encourage to allow extra travel times, expect delays, and consider alternate routes wherever possible. Additionally, Nixon Road will be closed daily from 3:00-to-7:00 p.m. between West Whitehall and Pine Grove Roads. Access from West Whitehall Road will be maintained for local residents only.
