A Centre County man was arrested last night after an hourslong standoff with state police and a heavily armed SWAT team in Milesburg. Arrested was 41-year-old Joshua Resides who has been charged with misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats, and other related charges. Resides was denied bail and has been placed in the Centre County Prison. No other information is known at this time.
