A 74-year-old man was pronounced dead in a house fire that occurred early yesterday morning in Portage. Reportedly, the Cambria County Coroner’s office said the man was killed on the 60 block of Terrace Circle. The deceased was found in the kitchen of the home, in a motorized wheelchair. The man was the only one living in the home. A State Police Fire Marshal has been called in to investigate.
