An Altoona juvenile is facing numerous charges after leading Altoona Police on a chase after allegedly stealing a car. The chase began around midnight on Friday when officers tried to initiate a traffic stop in the area of 17th Street and 7th Avenue when they noticed a car without its headlights on. State police were later notified and were able to stop the vehicle on I-99 in Bedford, taking the juvenile into custody. Reportedly, the unidentified juvenile is facing numerous felonies including theft of a motor vehicle and fleeing from police.
