Officials with the federal Immigration Customs and Enforcement agency has confirmed that they arrested two dozen illegal immigrants in Centre County last week.  ICE has also confirmed that of the 24 arrested, one was a suspected MS-13 gang member, and another was a convicted felon.  The arrests included the apprehension of Oscar Alexis Martinez-Lopez, who is a Salvadoran national, and a suspected gang member who was previously arrested for homicide in his home country.  Also arrested was Delfin Amaya-Peres, from Honduras, whose criminal record reportedly includes disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault.  In a prepared statement ICE said they were focusing on the worst first through targeted enforcement.  They further added that it is a crime to live in this country illegally.
