A woman accused of crashing into a Pennsylvania festival on Labor Day is charged with DUI aggravated assault. Police say 37-year-old Elizabeth Ann Bohrer drove into the Kipona Festival in Harrisburg and hit three people, including a child and a woman in a wheelchair. According to officers, Bohrer appeared to be “out of it” after the crash and showed signs of being under the influence. The investigation is ongoing.
