An Indiana, Pennsylvania man is being identified as the person who died Tuesday following an accident in Derry Township. According to reports, 61-year-old James Gershman was working inside a mine shaft when a rock, estimated to weight about 500 pounds fell and landed on his legs. State Police are investigating.
