Forest Hills School District officials in Cambria County addressed a social media threat yesterday afternoon, as reported by Superintendent Dr. David Lehman. A press release indicated that two students received a message from an unidentified person threatening an unspecified school. The threat was described as general and did not specifically name Forest Hills Junior-Senior High School. In response, the school implemented a Hold and Secure measure, in line with the district’s Emergency Operations Plan, to facilitate a law enforcement investigation. Officials noted that at no time were students harmed in any way.
