A 32-year-old Johnstown man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after being shot by a city police officer during an attempted theft of a skills gaming machine on Broad Street early Saturday morning.  The suspect, Christopher John Lehman, was allegedly using tools to access a machine containing over $8,000 when officers arrived.  During the incident, a taser was deployed unsuccessfully, and Lehman allegedly fled the scene, drawing a loaded handgun before an officer fired, striking him.  Several felony charges were filed against Lehman, who remains at the Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.  No officers were injured.
