A former state official is now the head of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. Pennsylvania Dems elected Eugene DePasquale as party chair this past weekend. DePasquale served two terms as State Auditor General from 2013-to-2021 and was previously a member of the State House of Representatives. He said Pennsylvania Democrats have a “lot of work and opportunity ahead” after losing several statewide races to Republicans in last year’s election.
