House Fire In Altoona This Morning, No Injuries

A residential house fire broke out in the Altoona this morning in an unoccupied home located at 2617 6^th Avenue.  Fire crews were at the scene for several hours and for a time 6^th Avenue between 26^th and 28^th streets was closed.  Reportedly there were no injuries.  Cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
