A 66-year-old Huntingdon County man has pled guilty to institutional sexual assault after an incident involving a 98-year-old dementia patient. Larry Yoder, who was a maintenance worker at the Westminster Woods facility, was sentenced after he was reportedly witnessed having inappropriate contact with the elderly victim. Yoder has been jailed since March after police report that two nursing assistants witnessed him having inappropriate contact with the elderly victim. Yoder is to be sentenced within the next 90 days.
