Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced charges against 10 individuals from Blair County for drug-related offenses as part of an ongoing investigation into suspected drug dealers in the area. Among those charged is Chelsey Judd, accused of giving methamphetamine to her 5-year-old child. Others charged included Joseph Walker, Jarel Nimitz, Damien Hild, Douglas Zimmerman, Kayla Smith, Michael Light, Joseph Shaffer, Lynetchie Alexis, and Joshua Walker. The Attorney General’s Office worked with local law enforcement to make the arrests.
