SEPTEMBER 7 – Sterling Koch: Our most frequent-flyer guest over the “Homegrown Rocker’s” 27-plus years on the air, Sterling Koch will join us to discuss his latest musical ventures as he explores the world of jazz, soul and hip-hop. We’ll hear Sterling’s latest single, his update of a popular 1986 hit song by Toto, along with other songs he has created in the past couple of years!
SERPTEMBER 14 – Almost Honest: Singer Shayne Reed and drummer Quinten Spangler will join us on the phone line to discuss their group, Harrisburg-based hard rockers Almost Honest! We’ll discuss their music, live music, creative process, and their latest album, “The Hex Of Penns Woods!”
SEPTEMBER 21 – Dan Stonerook: Johnstown-based roots singer and songwriter Dan Stonerook will join us on the program to discuss his newly-released EP, called “Almost Famous!” Dan will tell us about the recording of the album, his songs and live performance. And he’ll bring a guitar and perform a song or two for us as well!
SEPTEMBER 28 – Dream The Heavy: We welcome band guests, Pittsburgh-based alternative and indie rockers Dream The Heavy! This Pittsburgh force has risen fast with their unique mix of dense rhythms, intricate arrangements and spirited vocals – they’ll discuss their music, live show, and full-length album called “Into the Unknown!”
