Logan Township supervisors have prohibited hunting on the 100-acre Strawberry Hills tract in the Juniata area due to ongoing construction for soccer fields and other recreational facilities. The ban was implemented to ensure the safety of construction workers, and is likely to become permanent once the project is completed. Other facilities at Strawberry Hills include a training complex for first responders, along with an indoor sports complex.
