A 43-year-old DuBois man is behind bars facing multiple charges of sexual assault, rape by forcible compulsion, and incest after a teenage girl accused him of repeated abuse while under his care. Dennis Dinger was arrested last week by DuBois City Police following a lengthy investigation. According to an affidavit, the teenager came forward last month, alleging Dinger began sexually assaulting her in the spring of 2023. The abuse reportedly occurred at a local residence and also included an incident at a hotel. Police found inappropriate text messages between the victim and Dinger. When confronted, Dinger initially denied any wrongdoing but later claimed his drug use was responsible for the allegations. Dinger is currently held at the Clearfield County Prison without bail.
