Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents were reportedly active again in Centre County, this time at the county courthouse in Bellefonte. Court officials confirmed that federal agents were present yesterday, the day preliminary hearings are held, and took an individual into custody near the courthouse entrance. The identity of the person has not been disclosed. This latest event follows the detention of 24 people by federal immigration agents last month as they were on their way to a construction site in Centre County.
