Following a prolonged investigation, Pennsylvania State Police in Centre County have arrested 43-year-old Dominick Ball of Bellefonte, on charges related to alleged child sexual abuse. The investigation revealed that the abuse, which reportedly began in 2022, involved Ball repeatedly molesting a minor. Court documents indicate that Ball allegedly forced the young victim to perform various sexual acts, and exposed them to pornographic materials. Ball is also accused of attempting to silence the victim by offering money and video game-related items. Ball has been charged with multiple counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child and unlawful contact with a minor, and is being held in the Centre County Prison where bail has been denied.
