A 37-year-old Julian man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a number of items from apartments where he worked as the maintenance supervisor. Ferguson Township Police have charged Nathan Carson with felony burglary, criminal trespass, and other related counts. Police were reportedly first contacted in July after a resident of a State College apartment reported a number of items had been removed. The items were valued at over $17,000. Later, some of the items were found to be on sale on Facebook Marketplace. Reportedly, authorities were able to find an address which led them to Carson. Carson is currently out on unsecured bail. He is facing a preliminary hearing on October 11th.
