The Maryland man who was deported to El Salvador and later brought back to the U.S. has been transferred to a Clearfield County detention center. Federal court documents filed by his attorneys say Kilmar Abrego Garcia was taken to the Moshannon Valley Processing Center in Philipsburg. DHS officials confirmed the transfer on Saturday. Abrego had previously been held in Virginia. The Trump Administration has accused Abrego of being a MS-13 gang member, an accusation that he and his attorneys deny.
