Starting today, minor delays are expected on U.S. 219 in Cambria County as crews begin a two-week paving project. Paving will occur between Carrolltown and Northern Cambria Borough, first moving south to north and then reversing from October 6–10. The slightly more than $5-million dollar project, also includes resurfacing, guide rail upgrades, and new traffic signals.
