Altoona police have arrested 21-year-old Karley Grossman on charges stemming from an investigation into a sexual relationship she allegedly initiated with a teenage girl. According to an affidavit, Grossman is accused of engaging in sexual relations with the now 14-year-old victim on multiple occasions, earlier this year. Investigators also allege that Grossman repeatedly provided alcohol to the teen and other underage individuals. Grossman has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, and other related offenses. She is currently in the Blair County Prison where bail has been set at $200,000. Her preliminary hearing is set for October 8th.
