A 33-year-old State College woman, faces new felony and misdemeanor charges after allegedly selling methamphetamine to a police informant in July. Reportedly, police provided funds to the informant, who used CashApp to pay Sabine Graham, with the transaction observed by troopers. Graham, already in custody on unrelated charges, was identified by police, and is now charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, with her bail previously denied due to public safety concerns. She remains in the Centre County Prison.
