A new WAWA is a step closer to becoming a reality. Benner Township’s Board of Supervisors has given final approval for one of four planned Wawa locations in Centre County. The developer, PennTerra, completed the final details, such as easement and surety agreements, after receiving conditional approval last year. The 6,600-square-foot store and gas station will be situated at the corner of Benner Pike and Eagle Point, located between Bellefonte and State College.
