A former Penn State football player will face charges for a deadly crash earlier this year. Twenty-four-year-old Julian Fleming is charged with DUI homicide for an ATV crash in Bradford County back in May. Authorities said Fleming was under the influence when his ATV hit a deer in Columbia Township, killing 22-year-old Alyssa Boyd. Fleming was a wide receiver for the Nittany Lions last season.
