Authorities are releasing more information about the moments leading up to a shooting that injured two state troopers in Franklin County last night. State Police said the troopers were pursuing a vehicle in connection to retail theft until the vehicle was stopped by spike strips on I-81. The department said two female suspects exited the vehicle and complied with troopers, but a male suspect started shooting. The troopers are in critical and serious condition, while the male suspect was killed by return fire. Governor Shapiro is asking for prayers for the officers who were shot.
