Two Windber Ramblers football players are facing charges in Somerset County juvenile court in connection to an alleged hazing investigation. The charges include unlawful restraint, indecent assault, hazing, and harassment, and that’s according to the Windber Borough Police. The investigation began approximately two weeks ago, after school officials reported an “internal conduct investigation” involving the football team. This internal investigation resulted in the suspension of multiple players and Head Coach Matt Grohal. While specific details about the alleged hazing incident have not been released, police have confirmed that there are a total of nine victims in the case.
