PennDOT is advising motorists of the potential for minor delays on 17th Street between Osgood and McMahon Drives in Altoona and Logan Township, beginning today. Short-term lane closures will occur during daylight hours to perform drainage upgrades and concrete patching. Also, overnight work will continue in that area from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
