The second Pennsylvania State Trooper injured in last week’s shooting is out of the hospital. Wellspan Health officials said Trooper Lucas Amarose was discharged Monday after five days in their care. Amarose and Trooper Thomas Pack were both shot multiple times during what authorities called a “fierce gunfight” with a suspect after a police chase. Pack was released from the hospital the day after the shooting.
