PennDOT is advising motorists to expect delays during evening and overnight hours this week as part of the intersection improvement project on Route 36 (Woodbury Pike) and Route 165 (Cove Mountain Road) in Roaring Spring and Taylor Township. Today and tomorrow, contractors will be working evening and overnight hours placing permanent traffic control signals, and pouring the concrete island at the intersection of Routes 36 and 164.
