State police released new details about a deadly shooting that occurred early Saturday morning in Jackson Township, Cambria County. According to a criminal affidavit, 24-year-old Dylan Lang reportedly admitted to killing 55-year-old Robert Hagen Jr. during a confrontation. The incident occurred in the driveway of a home on Heritage Lane, where Lang’s mother and Hagen had been drinking. Lang exited the house, allegedly carrying a handgun, and confronted the two, who were engaged in sexual activity inside Hagen’s truck. Reportedly, Lang broke the driver’s side passenger window, pointed the gun at the back of Hagen’s seat and allegedly fired a shot that killed Hagen. Lang has been charged with criminal homicide, and other related counts. He has been placed in the Cambria County Prison, without bail. His preliminary hearing is set for October 27th.
