The remains of a Centre County man, 78-year-old Leon Bowman, have been identified, concluding a search that began last December when he went missing from his home in Curtin Township. Investigators confirmed the identity of the remains, which were discovered on his property in early September, using dental records. The cause of his death has been ruled “undetermined.” His death is not believed to be suspicious.
