An Altoona woman was sentenced yesterday to 19 to 38 years in state prison for drug trafficking and possession. In May, a Blair County jury convicted 41-year-old Jacquelyn Claire Gomez on multiple felony charges, including dealing in unlawful proceeds and criminal conspiracy. The charges also covered possession with intent to deliver both fentanyl and methamphetamine. In addition, Gomez was found guilty of misdemeanor counts for possessing controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
