State police identified the truck driver killed in a Pennsylvania Turnpike crash last week as 46-year-old Joseph Means of Bedford. Investigators determined that Means died just before his truck left the road, struck a concrete barrier and a bridge pier, causing a fire and explosion. State police say Means was pronounced dead at the scene.
