A former Somerset County 911 coordinator, Bradley Lavan, is scheduled to stand trial in December on sex crime charges involving children. Court records indicate that jury selection for the 32-year-old is set for December 1, with the trial beginning the next day. Lavan was charged in September 2023, following a police investigation into allegations he sexually abused at least five children. He is currently free, after posting bail last year.
