Investigators believe multiple gunmen were involved in a shooting during a homecoming event at Lincoln University in Oxford, Pa. The Chester County District Attorney made the update during a press conference last night, noting authorities do not believe the shooting was planned to be a mass casualty event. One person was killed, and six others were injured when shots were fired outside the school’s International Cultural Center Saturday night. Lincoln University has canceled classes today for a day of healing and reflection.
