As Clocks Turn Backwards, Check Smoke Detectors

dst

As Daylight Saving Time comes to an end this weekend, Pennsylvania  residents are being reminded to check batteries in detectors.  On Sunday morning at 2 a.m., clocks will turn back to 1 a.m., giving residents an extra hour of sleep and earlier sunrises, but also earlier sunsets.  Residents are reminded to check and or replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on Sunday.
