There have been some changes made to when kids can trick or treat in the area. Both the City of Altoona and Logan Township have changed Trick or Treat night from tomorrow to Friday night from 6-8 p.m. due to inclement weather. Tyrone will now be trick or treating Saturday night, November 1st from 6-8 p.m. due to the weather on Thursday, and a football game on Friday. Trick or Treat Night in Blair County will be held tomorrow night from 6-8 p.m. All municipalities set their own dates and times for trick or treating, so check with your local municipality to see if there have been any changes.
