A Breezewood man is behind bars after he allegedly posted multiple threatening messages on Facebook, targeting a Bedford County Common Pleas judge. Pennsylvania State Police arrested 45-year-old Denny Lee Cogan following an investigation into the posts, which were related to a property dispute. According to charging documents, troopers were alerted to Cogan’s Facebook activity and discovered a series of menacing posts made between October 25 and October 27. The threats reportedly stemmed from Cogan wanting items, including a truck and ATVs, returned to him. Cogan is being held at the Bedford County Jail, after bail was denied. He faces charges of terroristic threats, harassment, and disorderly conduct. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for November 5.
