The Justice Department is announcing a new U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Brian D. Miller was appointed as chief prosecutor this week by Attorney General Pam Bondi. Miller served as Acting General Counsel of the Department of Housing and Urban Development earlier this year, and was also the Special Inspector General for Pandemic Recovery for the Trump Administration in 2020. He will serve in the role on an interim basis until he receives Senate confirmation.
