In a preliminary hearing yesterday, a judge ruled that all charges against 14-year-old Judah Courtney, who is accused of fatally stabbing two female relatives, be bound over for court, meaning the case will proceed to trial. Investigators allege Judah Courtney repeatedly stabbed his mother, 32-year-old mother Olivia Courtney, and family friend, 38-year old Ashley Cook to death, at their home along Flick Avenue, in Carrollton Borough on September 29th. Courtney has been charged as an adult with two counts of criminal homicide, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of a crime, and tampering with evidence. He is currently being held in the Cambria County Prison without bail. His next court appearance is slated for November 18th.
