Authorities in Cambria County have charged 21-year-old Brayden Dipaloa of Richland Township with weapons offenses after an incident last week at Bishop McCort Catholic Elementary School in Geistown.  According to police, Dipaloa was found in a parked vehicle at the school last Tuesday during operating hours.  He reportedly refused to identify himself or explain his presence.  After detaining him, officers searched his vehicle and discovered a switchblade, and two box cutters.  Investigators noted that in the preceding weeks, Dipaloa had been “frequenting the school’s church, and had allegedly exhibited behavior that was viewed as ‘disturbing’ by parishioners and staff.”  Dipaloa is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on December 10th.
