An Everett man faces charges after allegedly filming a male co-worker in the restroom of the Snake Spring Township McDonald’s in Bedford County. State police arrested 27-year-old Payton Daugherty in connection with the incident, which occurred on October 9th. According to the affidavit, troopers say Daugherty followed the victim into the bathroom and used his phone to record him. The victim reportedly captured video evidence showing Daugherty pointing his device underneath the stall while he was using the toilet. The victim told investigators that this was not an isolated incident. Daugherty has been charged with privacy invasion. He is to face a preliminary hearing on December 3rd.
