Stoltz Wins Magisterial Race

Kevin Stoltz won the Northern Blair County race for magisterial district judge.  He had run a campaign against Suzanne Bigelow-Cherry through the spring primary, and fall general election.  Stoltz, a Republican, sought to take over the full-time judicial seat left vacant by the late Fred Miller.
