Parolee In Centre Co. Caught Viewing Child Porn

State police announced charges against 65-year-old Roy Waite of Pleasant Gap, Centre County, for allegedly viewing child sexual abuse material.  Reportedly, Waite’s parole officer found multiple foreign websites involving sexual abuse of children on his devices.  Waite was on parole for possessing and distributing child porn in New Jersey in 2018.  His latest charges include numerous counts of felony sexual abuse of children, and child sex abuse material.  He is to face a preliminary hearing on December 3^rd.
