Northern Lights Put On A Show

The Northern Lights have been putting on quite a show in Central Pennsylvania, including Canoe Creek State Park here in Blair County.  The aurora borealis was visible again in the area overnight after NOAA issued a severe geomagnetic storm alert.  Experts say the strong solar activity is making the auroras visible much farther south than usual.  The light show has been reported as far south as Texas, Alabama, Georgia and even some parts of northern Florida.
